Jamaica was known as Fara when she was with
us. Fara name means traveler in English and I
was told it means beautiful and full of joy in
Arabic. It seemed like a great name for a little
Pug girl who's registered name is "Far Side Of
The Moon," and who was scheduled to travel to
Canada, to be with her daddy and Anne-marie
Caillet, of Caillet Pugs. Anne-marie changed her
call name to Jamaica, short for "jamaica me
crazy," which is also the her grandma's
registered name. Anyone who's had a naughty
little Pug can relate to that!
