When our youngest daughter was in Junior High, she fell in love with a little Pug puppy she named Fern. Fern was born while she was at a sleep over at her friend's house down the street.
Fern was initially sold to another family, but when they offered to bring her back to her breeder after realizeing she was getting no socialization or training with them working and gone 12 plus hours a day, we decided we wanted her.
Off we went to Obedience classes, then Agility, and when I wanted to do Conformation, we needed a show puppy.
Here is that daughter, all grown up, with Fern's great-grandson, AM CH WindWalker's Sweet Amaretto.
Although we primarily breed for ourselves, when we do, we have pets, too. The pups we aren't keeping for showing are raised with the show puppies until we place them in loving homes. We do not sell pups younger than 12 weeks, and most are here longer. We make sure every puppy is vaccinated, wormed, checked by our Reproduction and Newborn puppy care specialist three times. We also have them microchipped. We do this to ensure we are not sending less than healthy pups out into the world.
When you get one of our puppies, it has not only been vet checked a minimum of three times, but it also has been litterbox trained.
Litterbox training is great for those of us in the Pacific Northwest, who don't want to have to take our pups out in the rain or cold. We continue to use litterboxes for our adults, as well.

Rone's Something About Mary
Mary is a 7 year old tri-color Pomerainian, who rules the roost! She is a retired show dog and will be spending her golden years helping me keep the Pugs happy.
